Facilitated Songwriting: Individual & Group

You have a voice and a story, and I'd love to help you write that into a song.

Songwriting is more than just putting words and music together—it's a way to connect deeply with yourself and others. When you write a song, you’re not only creating art—you’re participating in a process of self-discovery, empowerment, and even healing. It’s an alchemy that turns life’s experiences into melodies and lyrics, creating a deeply personal yet universally relatable form of expression.

Whether you're writing for yourself or with a group, creating it as a gift, or to mark a special occasion, songwriting is a creative journey that honors your voice and your story. I believe everyone has a song within them, and I would be honored to help you bring yours to life.

I've written songs for over two decades and helped others write songs for over a decade. While my years of experience helps me understand songwriting and holding that space for creativity, my masters in applied positive psychology helps me to encourage your voice and your story.

These songwriting sessions make great gifts!

Individuals / What You'll Experience:

I will facilitate an experience for you to draw out your experiences and emotions to create your unique lyrics. The songwriting process takes about 3 hours and we’ll have our song.

From there, you can decide what you’d like your song to sound like. Specifically, do you want to set it to:

  • Option 1: a basic guitar track and your voice(s) or mine, to get a rough recording that’s great to listen to on a phone. Recording will take about 2 hours, with additional time if more instruments are desired.

  • Option 2: a guitar, vocals, additional instruments, to create a fully mixed and mastered track that is a fully produced, broadcast quality track. Recording can take many hours depending on the number of people and instruments.
